PRIVATE LABEL SHOE FACTORY

How we work?

The first and most important thing in the shoe-designing process is research and inspiration. We listen to our customers’ ideas in order to begin creating the next step, which is the product design.

Conceptualizing the product to be designed according to a series of criteria: function, materials, use, recipients, etc

Concreting the different components (sole, heel, bridge, lining, neckline, siege…) and being sure about how they look and how they will join together.

It is among the most important steps in the entire shoe design process, where the designers must ready a prototype of the new design before the production orders can be processed for it. The team will be transferring the design to the prototype experts and will let them deal with the involved sub-steps.

The process of prototyping consists of services such as creating custom moulds for heel, rubber or metal components. Following that, it also involves the need for creating all the hardware embellishments and elements as per necessity.

The initial idea of the shoe design will now be replicated in the form of a real replica. This will help you to check the fit of the shoe, its outlook and detailing. Thus, the designers will now have a live prototype of the new shoe style that they invented as a team.

The sole is one of the most important components of footwear, as it affects both comfort and style.

Leather sole

Elegance and durability; leather soles are a classic and versatile option that pairs well with different types of formal shoes, such as various styles of loafers. These soles stand out for their elegance and durability. Leather provides a comfortable feel and molds to the shape of your foot over time, offering a customized fit.

Rubber sole

Comfort and traction are paramount. Therefore, a rubber sole is an excellent choice for casual and athletic shoes. This type of sole provides greater comfort and cushioning, which is ideal if you’ll be spending a lot of time standing or walking.

Crepe sole

Crepe soles are an interesting option. These natural rubber soles provide a unique appearance and add a distinctive touch to your shoes. Additionally, crepe soles are known for their comfort and resistance to daily wear, as they absorb impact while walking. However, it’s important to note that these soles may be less wear-resistant than other options, so it’s advisable to use them in more casual situations.

Leather and rubber sole

“If you’re undecided and want to have the best in shoes and sole types, some shoes combine the best of both worlds with a hybrid leather and rubber sole. These soles offer the elegance of leather on the top, while rubber on the bottom provides greater traction and durability. This combination is ideal for casual and formal shoes that require greater resilience and comfort.
